Return Policy

Received a damaged item?
No worries! We’ll replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include a photo of the damaged item.

Returns
Non-personalized jewelry can be returned within 14 days of receipt at your own expense. For hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept worn earrings unless the hygiene seal is still intact.

Register your return
To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly ask you to register your return with our customer service. This helps us process your return faster.

📄 Fill out the return form
We recommend filling out the return form and including it in your package. If that’s not possible, please make sure to include your order number and name in the package so we can match the return to your order.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service or shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.

Processing & Refunds
Once we receive your return, we aim to process it within 14 days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return has been unpacked and processed. Please keep your return receipt until your refund is completed.

Refund timelines:

  • MasterCard/Visa: Refunded to your credit card within 14 business days.

  • Klarna: You’ll receive an updated invoice by email.

  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account within 30 days.

Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been processed or shipped. If you made a mistake, please contact our customer service as soon as possible and we’ll see what can be done.

Changes to an order, such as product modifications or address corrections, may incur processing fees. Changes can only be made within 1 hour of placing the order.
